RPTCODE is a marketplace, service directory, business-promotion, and membership platform for discovering service providers, products, and local businesses across Nigeria.
How do I create an account?
Create an account with your email and password, verify your email, then complete your profile after sign-in. Registration does not collect profile details before account creation.
Finding Services and Products
Does RPTCODE sell the listed products?
No. Product listings are created by independent users unless RPTCODE clearly states otherwise. Contact the listing owner and verify product details before payment.
Is RPTCODE the employer of listed artisans?
No. Listed artisans and service providers are independent listing owners unless expressly stated otherwise.
How do I contact a vendor or service provider?
Open an approved listing and use the available call, WhatsApp, email, or website action. Keep records of important conversations and agreed terms.
How should I verify a vendor?
Confirm identity, location, pricing, product condition, service scope, delivery terms, and any credentials directly with the listing owner before transacting.
Listing and Business Promotion
Who can create listings?
Members with eligible access can submit service, product, or business-promotion listings. Listings may be reviewed before appearing publicly.
How do I report a listing?
Use the report action on the listing detail page and provide a clear reason. RPTCODE may review, restrict, or remove content under its policies.
Membership and Activation
What does account activation provide?
Activation provides access to eligible platform membership features. The one-time activation fee is NGN 30,000.
Is activation an investment?
No. Activation is not a deposit, savings plan, security, or guaranteed investment return. It does not guarantee marketplace sales or reward income.
Monthly Membership Billing
When does the NGN 2,000 monthly fee begin?
The first monthly membership fee is due exactly 30 days after membership activation. Registration, verification, and first-login dates do not set the billing anchor.
What happens during the seven-day grace period?
A seven-day grace period applies after a monthly fee becomes due. Listing access is not restricted until the grace period ends with the invoice still unpaid.
What happens if my monthly fee remains unpaid?
Listing access may be restricted after the grace period. Moderation records are preserved and access can restore automatically after outstanding fees are paid.
Partner Rewards
How do referral rewards work?
Eligible commissionable activations may create a NGN 15,000 direct partner reward and a NGN 5,000 extended partner reward. Rewards remain capped at two levels.
Are referral rewards guaranteed income?
No. Referral rewards are not guaranteed income and depend on eligible commissionable activations under current rules. There is no matching bonus.
Stockist Programme
What is an approved stockist?
An approved stockist is an approved programme participant who may provide valid RPTCODE activation PINs from controlled stockist inventory. Approved bulk purchases are 50, 100, 150, or 200 paid PINs, with 2 complimentary inventory PINs per paid block of 50 after approval.
How can I confirm a PIN?
Use only valid RPTCODE activation flows and avoid sharing PINs publicly. Confirm PIN validity before relying on any off-platform stockist arrangement.
Wallet and Withdrawals
What is the withdrawal service fee?
Withdrawals currently carry a 5% service fee. Wallet and withdrawal records use the platform ledger and must not be edited directly.
Account Protection
How is my personal data handled?
RPTCODE handles personal data for account operation, listing management, payment and wallet records, security, support, audit, and legal purposes.
How do I secure my account?
Use a strong password, protect your email, avoid sharing PINs or one-time codes, and sign out of shared devices.
Marketplace Safety
What safety steps should I follow?
Verify listing owners independently, inspect products where practical, use safe meeting locations, avoid advance transfers to unknown parties, and keep communication records.
Reporting and Support
What happens after I submit a report?
RPTCODE may review the report, preserve relevant records, restrict unsafe content, or contact the involved account where appropriate.
