Data collected

RPTCODE may collect account and profile data, listing and marketplace data, payment and wallet records, bank-account details, security and device data, referral/team relationships, stockist records, support messages, and audit records.

The platform does not require public legal documents to reveal fraud thresholds, risk scoring details, raw PINs, passwords, tokens, or bank-account secrets.

Use of data

Data is used to operate accounts, verify access, manage listings, process membership and billing records, protect users, support disputes, comply with legal duties, and maintain audit trails.

Where applicable, processing may rely on contract performance, legal obligations, consent, legitimate operational interests, fraud prevention, or dispute handling.

Sharing and retention

RPTCODE may share data with service providers, storage providers, email providers, payment-review support, legal advisers, or authorities where required and lawful.

Records are retained for operational, security, support, accounting, audit, and legal purposes, then deleted or anonymised when no longer required.

User rights

Users may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing, subject to applicable law and records RPTCODE must retain.

Children should not create accounts unless the platform operator has approved a lawful, age-appropriate process.

Cookies and transfers

Cookies and similar technologies support sign-in, security, preferences, and analytics where configured.

Some service providers may process data outside Nigeria. RPTCODE should confirm transfer safeguards with counsel before launch.
