Platform payments
RPTCODE reviews platform payment requests according to the payment type, evidence submitted, and account status.
Monthly membership payments do not issue activation PINs, activate membership, credit wallets, or create referral, leadership, ambassador, or stockist rewards.
Listings and vendors
Most listing transactions are arranged directly between users and independent listing owners. RPTCODE is not automatically the seller, artisan, agent, or manufacturer.
Users should keep receipts, messages, product photos, and agreed terms to support any report or dispute.
Consumer rights
This policy does not remove consumer rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
RPTCODE may restrict accounts or listings while reviewing reports, but legal liability depends on the facts and applicable law.
